As longtime friends, Cooper and Jeff have developed clear communication and aligned values to aid in a straightforward approach to business and life. With several years of experience in the construction industry, Cooper is a proud husband and father of three boys. He prioritizes faith, family and community, values that are reflected in his approach to business.

When not at work, Cooper enjoys spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors. His dedication to faith, family and business ensures that ARC is not just a company, but a trusted partner you can count on.

Jeff Hutchison

Owner & CFO

Jeff is a proud Oklahoma State grad with a degree in Management of Information Systems. His dedication to organization and keeping ARC efficient, helps guarantee every customer has an exceptional experience.

Jeff is an outdoorsman and avid sports fan, he loves Saturdays full of football and cheering on the Cowboys. Jeff brings that same energy to ARC. You can trust that Jeff is dedicated to making the process easy and enjoyable!
